Saskia Bender
Nacida en Alemania, madre de dos hijas mayores, reside hace 20 años en Ibiza. Su educación antroposófica le acercó desde muy joven a la espiritualidad y le enseñó que el humano es un ser con muchos aspectos invisibles y creativos.
Hace 15 años empezó un viaje iniciático a través de muchas enseñanzas profundas y sagradas. La autoconciencia, la toma de responsabilidad y el amor incondicional, se integran mas y mas en su vida.
Fue iniciada en el kria yoga, la disciplina diaria, cursos, retiros, seminarios y sesiones de terapia hicieron de ella lo que representa hoy.
Su conocimiento y amor por la alimentación y sus aspectos medicinales de su alquimia e influencia sobre el cuerpo y la mente le fueron transmitidos primero por su madre. Múltiples libros y experimentos hacen de ella una experta y cocinera gourmet.
Trabajó como bailarina de ballet muchos años hasta mudarse a la isla. Practica la pintura, la poesía y la meditación y siempre usa el arte para recrear su presencia de luz y vincularse mejor con su alma.
Aprendió lo máximo que pudo de la ciencia unitaria. Encontró consciencia en el silencio. Experimentó la fuerza y el beneficio de la respiración, de la meditación y del pensamiento positivo.
Le apasionan los masajes, la medicina natural y los elementos como agua, tierra, aire y fuego.
Compone con gracia diferentes retiros para vivir una experiencia única que os anclará en vuestro ser sereno, sano y amoroso.

Many years she worked like a classical ballet dancer until moving to the island. She practices painting, poetry and meditation using the art to recreate her light presence and connect to her soul plane.
She learned from the uniting sciences, most she could, found consciousness in the silence felt the power and benefits of breathing, meditating and positive thinking.
She feels passioned about massages, natural medicine and the elements like water, earth, air and fire.
She composes with grace different retreats to live an unique experience which anchors you in your serene, healthy and loveable nature.
